Dark stone fruit, spices, red cherries, and floral notes are supported by silky, polished tannins. La Castellana is a harmonious blend that strikes a balance between power and elegance.
♦ One bottle of 2017 Il Brigante, Red Blend, pretty aromas of red currant and black cherry mingle with black fruits with a touch earthy, cured meat aromas that frame the wild berry flavors and toasty oak on the palate. The wine shows polish with a good balance between acidity and round and ripe flavors. Finishes with moderate, well-integrated tannins. Delicious and supple now, it will continue to improve for several more years to come.
