Important Shipping Information:
Alcohol Delivery Requirements: According to Federal Law, a person aged 21 or older must sign for alcohol deliveries. For optimal delivery, we highly recommend shipping to a commercial office address.
Pick-Up from Winery: If you've chosen to pick up your order from the winery, a valid photo ID is required.
Retail Items and Wine Shipments: Please note that all retail items ship separately from wine and require a direct signature upon delivery. Any returned packages will incur an additional shipping fee.
Weather Conditions and Shipping Delays: While we ship year-round, extreme hot or cold weather conditions may cause delays to preserve the quality of your package. For alternative shipping options or inquiries, please contact us at (707) 967-6277, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (PT).
Shipping Details:
Processing Time: All orders require 1-5 business days for processing before shipping.
Ground Shipping: Please allow 3-14 business days for delivery.
Express/Overnight Shipping: Express/Overnight shipments will be shipped the following day after order processing. Note: Our carrier operates Monday to Friday and does not deliver express/overnight items on weekends.
Tracking Information: Tracking details will be sent to the email associated with the billing address.
Pick-Up Orders: Pick-up orders are available immediately after purchase. Please retain this email as proof of purchase to gain access through the gate.
