Stored in new French oak barrels, this delivers creme de cassis and loganberry notes on the nose alongside espresso grounds, loamy soils and shades of dark chocolate. The palate is refined and elegant with a seamless mouthfeel and great sense of Napa character. Drink 2025-2035.

Vineyard Notes

A blend of fruit from some of the best Cab-ernet Sauvignon growing regions in Napa Valley, including our own Diamond Mountain District estate vineyard which surrounds the Castello. A touch of Merlot and Petit Ver-dot balance the rich dark fruit and tannins of the Caber-net, adding a vibrancy to its lush mouthfeel and lingering finish.

Winemaker Notes

A dry, barrel-aged red wine from the Napa Valley. Shows excellent aging potential for the next 15 years.
