• Wine Enthusiast Magazine (95 Points, Cellar Selection)

"Dripping with honey, apricot and poached pear flavors, this luscious and extremely sweet wine coats the palate and lingers for minutes on the finish. It's a delicious, low-alcohol indulgence that is made from late-harvest grapes shriveled on the vine. Best through 2030. Cellar Selection"

I recently went on my second visit to the castle and sample this late harvest, sweet wine. It’s light and sweet and does not have an overpowering alcohol aroma. I tend to like sweet wines and dessert wines and this was right up my alley. The late harvest makes for a higher sugar concentration in the grapes making it nice and sweet.
