2023 PINOT NOIR, Anderson Valley

This Castello estate vineyard is located just south of the town of Boonville in Anderson Vallley. Our Anderson Valley Pinot Noir is a blend of five clones from this vineyard: 777, 115, DRC, Calera, and 667.

Limited Production.

Cherry, raspberry, and plum aromas are accented by dried rose petal and a hint of smoked meat. The palate is fresh and focused, with cranberry notes and velvety tannins through the finish. A beautiful pairing for slow-roasted pork shoulder rubbed with garlic, fennel, and black pepper, finished until deeply caramelized and served with roasted potatoes.
