2023 SERATA, Red Blend

The “Serata”, Red Blend, Castello di Amorosa’s bold and beautiful answer to the sweet red wine our fans have been craving. This luxuriously smooth wine, a blend of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon and 46% Zinfandel/Sangiovese presents an inky, deep magenta hue. Aromas of boysenberry and blueberry pie rise from the glass, accented by a refined cedar note. The palate is rich and intense, driven by luxurious black currant that builds in concentration without overwhelming the wine’s natural balance. Velvety tannins frame the fruit, lending structure and a lingering, juicy finish.

Food Pairing: An excellent wine to enjoy with Korean BBQ Pork Ribs (Dwaeji Galbi) and Steamed Dumplings, or Grilled Halloumi with herb roasted vegetables and a balsamic reduction.
