Tasting Notes
An Italian style soft sparkling wine which is lower in alcohol, naturally sweet and refreshing with bright aromas of wild berries, exotic flowers and orange peel. Darker in color than most rose-style wines, this is loaded with flavor and has more structure. It is absolutely packed with black raspberry, plum and strawberry flavors in the mouth and ample sweetness which leads to a creamy, round finish.

Recently at a event my husband and I were attending, a friend of ours brought 3 bottles with him. This wine is AMAZING, I usually dont drink wine and my husband isnt a fan of wine. So imagine our surprise that this wine didnt taste like any other wine. It's taste is indescribable, a very flavorable wine, you cant taste the alcohol, its extremely subtle. So you are given the delicious flavors of the grapes and other flavors that thats mixed with the grapes. If you want a go to wine for most people, especially those who dont like wine, this is your best bet. When we get the finances we plan on buying some bottles.

This is my favorite sweet wine so far. Out of all the sweet wines I've ever tasted. You can't go wrong with this one. I wish I lived close by to just be able to stop by every other week and buy me a bottle.

I am not a wine drinker until now, although it may not seem to be much to the average wine drinker; I have gone through 5 bottles of this wine since Mother’s Day (May 12) this year. I have never in my life finished off one bottle myself much less five of them. This wine not only tastes fabulous but it also relaxes me no matter how tense I am. This is a perfect wine for those non wine drinkers like me, until now

Great light fruity wine for all seasons and all gatherings. Add a splash of champagne and you will next champagne with fruit juices again! Lower calories is a huge bonus too, you can’t drink just one glass!

I visited this winery in 2014 and fell in loveeeeee with la Fantasia. My tolerance was much lower then but it still rings true that this is an amazing product. It’s sweet and fizzy perfect with anything ❤️

This is my favorite wine of all time. My idea of a perfect summer evening is to sit outside with a glass of this and sip it while the sun sets. It is refreshing and delicious-the perfect wine for a special, or a not-so-special occasion.

One of my absolute all time favorites ever. Become a wine club member after our first trip to Napa just to get this wine. Love the sparkling sweet taste. Has just the right amount of fizz. Light and fruity. Perfect to drink anytime.

Me and the wife did a little wine tasting trip this last Valentine's weekend. Stopped by the castle and this was the first wine we tasted as part of our five taste pass. It was so good we used our fifth taste to try it again and of course took a bottle home. It literally just tastes like drinking grape juice, so good!! I always tell my wife it tastes like I'm drinking communion "wine" at church.

As long time members of the Castillo wine club, we delight when a shipment arrives with La Fantasia. As many of the previous reviews say, this will get most any non-wine drinker on board. We love to share with friends that without fail rave over it. Honestly, we have not been disappointed with any of the many Castillo wines we've had from a Gertz to Il Barone, all great in their own right, but this is a crowd favorite. Molto Bella!

I bought this wine during a wine tasting. A few months later I found it was a perfect pairing with Memphis BBQ. Until then, I always thought the idea of a perfect wine pairing was a myth. It is absolutely divine. I get the best results when I let it breathe. It's delicious when you first open, and gets better with each glass after you let it breathe.

This is the BEST wine ever! I am not a big wine drinker at all but this wine is amazing! So sweet and delicious! My fiancé is not a big wine drinker either but when we visited the castle 3-4 years ago we both fell in love with this wine. I ordered this wine last Thursday and it just got delivered today! So excited to drink this tonight! I also love the price of the wine. Very adorable!

I visited Castello di Amorosa when I lived in Sacramento, CA and tried La Fantasia as part of wine tasting. From that day this is my all time favorite. Unfortunately I moved to mid west but still this wine remains part of my life. I order this wine when there is a chance and try to enjoy it. Miss Napa valley, Castello di Amorosa.

Prior to me trying this wine I would ALWAYS mix my wine with some type of fruit juice, but now I no longer have to do that. Not only is this wine sweet but it’s also has a very smooth flavor which I absolutely love when I have spicy Thai food. I’m extremely grateful that I came across this wine.

When I was visiting your Castle last fall our tour guide told me this one would be my favorite and he was NOT wrong!!! I signed up immediately for membership so I could continue to enjoy this absolutely fabulous wine. I have never tasted another sweet wine that even comes close. Sweet wines are my favorite,I tried La Fantasia at a friends home and feel in love with it. I enjoyed the nice smooth, light sweet fruity taste. I’ve ordered 3 times and shared with family and friends, they love it! A must try, it won’t disappoint!!
