Our Lady steps out more boldly than her older sisters with subtle fruit and earthy notes on the palate. Deep flavors of dark cherry and strong tannins ensure a bold character and a strong finish on the palate. She will soften and drink her best with a few more years cellaring. Capable of long term aging.

Winemaker Notes
We craft each new vintage of our La Castellana Super Tuscan blend with the help of famed Italian winemaker Sebastiano Rosa. His family's winery, Sassicaia, laid the foundation for Super Tuscan wines in Italy, which now comprise some of the most famous wines in the world.
Food Pairing Notes
This elegant "Super Tuscan" wine goes well with lamb, sausage, grilled steak, Venison or a great pasta dish such as Pappardelle with wild boar (Dario's favorite).
