Floral and savory notes develop nicely in the bouquet, plum and sweet dark cherries, cedar and earthy undertones show brightly with a strong tanin backbone, which will soften with age. A long, beautifully delineated finish laced with bright floral notes completes it. Infinitely food friendly. Capable of and will benefit from long-term aging.
