♦ One bottle of 2019 Chardonnay, Bien Nacido Vineyard, This "Well Born" single vineyard Chardonnay from the iconic Bien Nacido Vineyard in Santa Barbara County is elegantly balanced between fruity and rich, and buttery and oaky flavors.
♦ One bottle of 2022 Vermentino, a lively and crisp white wine with tropical aromas of sweetened honeydew melon, white peach, and citrus complemented by a bright acidity and subtle minerality on the finish.
♦ One bottle of 2022 Dolcino, Gewurztraminer, A spicy, delicate white wine loaded with aroma and flavor, made in the "dolcino," or slightly sweet, style. Aromas of fresh lychee and rose petals. Bright yet lush and beautifully balanced, with notes of apricot, candied ginger, and a soft acidity. The Gewürztraminer for our Dolcino comes from Anderson Valley, a cool climate coastal valley region famed for producing high-quality Burgundian and Alsatian varieties.
