Vineyard Notes
We started with dry conditions through the winter and spring, with very limited precipitation and dry conditions. The low humidity in April and May increased the chance of frost, which increases the potential for damage to the fragile green shoots and flowering. We saw this in some of our vineyards which limited the harvest later in the year. The warm June and moderate temperatures in July allowed the grapes to develop under perfect conditions, but the overall harvest was reduced as a result.

Food Pairing Notes
A beautiful, full-bodied wine to pair with Brown butter and sage gnocchi.
