Our “Lady of the Castle” is a Super Tuscan blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese, with excellent long-term aging potential. Dark stone fruit, spices, red cherries, raspberry puree, and dark chocolate are supported by silky, polished tannins. La Castellana is a harmonious blend that strikes a balance between power and elegance. Patience will be rewarded as La Castellana slowly reveals her secrets over the years.

• Jeb Dunnuck (92 Points) - The 2021 Red Blend La Castellana is a blend based on 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest equal parts Merlot and Sangiovese. It s similarly ruby/purple-hued and offers lots of ripe black cherry, currants, toasted spice, and smoked tobacco-like aromatics as well as a rounded, layered, nicely balanced style on the palate. It's impeccably made and has ripe tannins and outstanding length.
