"Salmon in color, the 2021 Castello di Amorosa Rose delivers pink grapefruit blossom, white rose water and beautiful freshly picked guava fruits on the nose. The palate is fresh and polished with plenty of mouth-watering acidity and richness. The smooth texture entices, as rich red fruits parade with minerals. Enjoy over the next five plus years. Drink 2022-2028."

Vineyard Notes
Formerly named Three Arrows Ranch Vineyard, this Castello-owned vineyard is located in the sub-AVA of Green Valley, on the southwestern edge of the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. Situated only 15 miles from the coast, calm, foggy mornings give way to warm afternoons and cool, breezy nights, providing a perfect climate for growing Pinot Noir. Cresta d'Oro Vineyard is planted with 12 acres of clones 115, 777, and Pommard 4, which are nourished by the Goldridge sandy loam soils of this historic district.
Food Pairing Notes
This elegant dry rosé pairs beautifully with light pasta dishes, shellfish, or sushi.
